Operations, finally visible.
Fidavane Labs builds websites, internal tools, automations, and dashboards for organizations running on spreadsheets, email threads, and memory.

Built for
Six ways out of the spreadsheet.
Pick one or combine them. Each piece is built to work with the others.

Websites and web apps
Public sites, customer portals, e-commerce, registration and payment flows. Fast, maintainable, and owned by you.
Built on PHP, MySQL and JavaScript, hosted on AWS.
Process streamlining
We map how work really moves, find the re-typing and hand-offs, and replace email chains with one system your team will use.
Starts with a working session, not a sales deck.
Analytics and reporting
Clean the data, agree on the few metrics that matter, and automate the monthly report nobody enjoys building.
Reports that refresh themselves from your own data.
Dashboards
One screen that shows what is open, what is late, and what needs a decision, for the people who run the work.
Built around the questions you ask every week.
AI where it earns its place
Intake triage, document summaries, drafting, and search across your own records. Scoped to one task and reviewed by a person.
Compared against how you do it today, so you can see if it helps.
Integrations and automation
Connect the tools you already pay for so data moves on its own: payments, text messages, supplier catalogs, spreadsheets.
Experience with PayPal, Twilio, WooCommerce and supplier APIs.
Three steps, then it runs itself.
Map
A working session on how things run today. You get a written list of the problems worth solving first.
Build
A first working version in weeks, so you react to something real instead of a long spec.
Hand off
Documentation, training, and accounts that belong to you. Ongoing support is optional.
Technology picked for the job, not the other way around.
Grouped by what each tool does for your organization.
Web and backend
Data, analytics, and AI
Cloud and infrastructure
Integrations and automation
Interfaces and tools
Systems built around how people actually work.
Live sites and systems you can open, plus tools built behind the scenes.
Three ways to work with us.
Pricing depends on scope, so every engagement starts with a short conversation and a written estimate.
For a defined build: a site, a tool, or a dashboard.
Discuss a project- Written scope and timeline
- First working version early
- Documentation and hand-off
- Accounts owned by you
For systems that need to keep running and keep improving.
Start a conversation- Hosting and monitoring
- Updates and fixes
- Small improvements each month
- Priority response
For teams that have builders but need a second opinion or direction.
Book a session- Process and data reviews
- Architecture and vendor guidance
- Metric and dashboard design
- Short written recommendations
Asked often enough to put here.
Do we need to know what we want before we talk?
No. Most projects start with a problem, like a report that takes days or a sign-up process that keeps breaking. The first conversation is about finding the right thing to build.
Who owns the finished system?
You do. Code, data, and hosting accounts are set up in your name where possible, with documentation so another developer could pick the work up.
Do you use AI in the systems you build?
Only where it clearly helps, such as sorting incoming requests or summarizing documents. Each use is limited to one task, has a person reviewing the output, and is compared against the manual process.
Can you work with the tools we already have?
Yes. Many problems are solved by connecting the spreadsheets, payment tools, and messaging you already use before building anything new.
How long does a project take?
A first working version usually takes a few weeks. Larger systems are split into phases so you see progress and can change direction along the way.
We are a small team. Is this too much?
Small teams often benefit most, because nobody has spare time to retype data. We scope to what you will actually use and can maintain.
Tell us what is slowing your team down.
Tell us what you are working on and what is not working. You will get a reply within two business days.
